Pamirix Technologies LLC ("Pamirix," "we," "us," or "our") provides data dashboards, websites, and business software to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and community health clinics ("Customers"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit pamirix.com (the "Site") or use our software and services (collectively, the "Services").
2. Information We Collect
- Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, organization, job title, and any message content submitted through our contact form, chat widget, or during onboarding.
- Usage data: pages visited, browser type, device information, IP address, and referring URLs, collected automatically through standard web server logs.

7. HIPAA Compliance
Pamirix is HIPAA compliant. Where our Services involve access to, or storage or transmission of, protected health information (PHI) on behalf of a Customer, we execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with that Customer governing our obligations as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our infrastructure, access controls, and data handling practices are designed around these obligations, and specific technical and administrative safeguards are documented for each engagement.
